Savills Alumni Future Leaders: The new Alumni initiative led by
Maddy Maguire, Tom Fazakerley and Helen Gregory
The group will be an addition to the wider Savills Alumni Programme with the primary focus of creating a network of “Future Leaders” connected by their Savills backgrounds, whilst collectively bringing together the next generation of Savills alumni.
We recognise that people naturally leave the business at various stages of their careers and the importance of strengthening the relationships that we have with these individuals whilst also supporting them to succeed in their subsequent roles. The Future Leaders group has been set up to provide alumni with access to a series of networking events at client locations and regular interviews with members of the Savills Alumni Future Leaders network to share insights and experiences.
Helen Gregory says: "Maddy, Tom and I all started on the Savills Graduate Scheme 2015-2016. Since then, we have seen a number of our contemporaries leave the company and become extremely successful in their new roles. The Future Leaders group will be an engagement platform for this network as people continue to advance in their careers and we are excited for the events and speakers to be announced later in the year."
The Savills Alumni Future Leaders group will be supported by the Regional Business Development Boards as well as the CRM team.
